Therapy with Purpose

FAQ

Real answers to common questions about therapy, care, and what to expect.
What ages do you work with?

I work with children, teens, and adults. No matter your stage of life, I tailor therapy to meet you where you are — whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child or someone navigating challenges of your own.

I offer individual therapy for kids, teens, and adults, along with parenting support and family therapy. I help clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional struggles, relationship patterns, and more.

With younger children, I use play therapy to help them express feelings and experiences in ways that feel natural and safe. Through play, they can process emotions, learn new coping skills, and begin to heal — all while feeling understood and supported.

Do you offer LGBTQ+ affirming care?

Yes — absolutely. This is a safe, inclusive space where every part of you is respected. I offer affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients and their families, and I’m here to support you with openness and compassion.

Definitely. I often include parents in the process, especially when working with younger clients. I’ll offer tools, insights, and guidance to help you support your child at home and strengthen your family’s connection.

Most sessions are in-person, but I understand that flexibility matters. If you’re interested in virtual therapy, feel free to reach out and we can explore what’s possible.
